Carrots love tomatoes....No really they do...

Carrots and tomatoes can be grown in planters inside or outside in a traditional garden. Carrots fend off certain bugs that like tomatoes and tomatoes fend off certain bugs that like carrots and the phermones given off by each will not harm the other. So when planting your tomatoes let them come up a little and plant your carrots in between. You can use a plant light or simply put planter outside and cover in clear plastic.
