Need to see Empty Communist Rules of Revolution

Post by Freeman Wed Dec 03, 2008 9:56 pm

This was written in 1919 by William Pike:

A. Corrupt the young: get them away from religion. Get them interested in sex. Make them superficial; destroy their ruggedness.

B. Get control of all means of publicity thereby:

1. Get people’s minds off their government by focusing their attention on athletics,
sexy books and plays and other trivialities.

2. Divide the people into hostile groups by constantly harping
on controversial matters of no importance.

3. Destroy the people’s faith in their leaders by holding them up to contempt,
ridicule and obliquity.

4. Always preach true democracy, but, seize’ power as fast and as ruthlessly as possible.

5. By encouraging government extravagance, destroy its credit,
“produce fear of inflation with rising prices and general discontent.

6. Foment unnecessary strikes in vital industries, encourage civil disorders
and foster lenient and soft attitudes on the part of the government towards such disorders.

7. By specious argument, cause the breakdown of the old moral virtues of honesty,
sobriety, continence, faith in the pledged word.

C. Cause the registration of all firearms on some pretext with the view of confiscating them and leaving the population helpless.

Gatlinburg, Tennessee

This unique city at the gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park has been drawing visitors to its high mountain valleys and rushing streams since the nineteenth century.

Today, its quaint European-style store fronts, fine dining, specialty shops, and galleries are a mecca for vacationers seeking cool mountain air and unsurpassed views.

From downtown Gatlinburg, on the Roaring Fork MotorTrail, visitors can experience an example of wilderness and frontier life back through the early 19th century. Of the many areas settled in the mountains, Roaring Fork was one of the most unmerciful, due to the boulder fields which made farming exceedingly difficult. Beginning in Cherokee Orchard Road, the motor trail follows the original road bed which took the path of least resistance and followed the creek. When the original road was hewed with picks and shovels it served as an access route to what is now Gatlinburg for the twenty-five families carving an existence out of the forested hillside.

Along the route, visitors can see log cabins, a cemetery, and the Ogle homestead, a beautiful example of pioneer engineering with running water pumped naturally into the house along log troughs from a nearby stream, and the homesteads of Jim Bales & Ephraim and Alfred Reagon.

Gatlinburg is a town full of diversity. With the Smokies as a backdrop, you can jump on a chairlift or travel high into the mountains by America's largest arial tramway to Ober Gatlinburg where everyone can enjoy the latest in amusement and skill games in The Arcade or, if you dare, take a plunge off the Bunge Tower. For young visitors, as well as a carousel, cars, snowmobiles, and a scaled down Rio Grande train to ride, there are tunnels to explore, swinging bridges to cross, a web to scramble through, ladders to scale, and chutes to slide down in Kidde-Land. The young-at-heart can test their racing skills on a unique 700' high-bank figure 8 NASKART go-kart course. All can enjoy the Mega theatre, located in central Gatlinburg, featuring spectacular films.

Everywhere you turn, you'll find plenty of family attractions and things to do. Gatlinburg has something special to offer its visitors no matter the time of year. We celebrate the seasons with special events such as parties, craft fairs, concerts and food festivals. Our calendar is jam-packed with seasonal events such as SpringFest, WinterFest, the nation's first 4th of July Parade and last fireworks display, and the fall Heritage Festival. There are special events throughout the year to make your Tennessee family vacation unforgettable. Enjoy downhill snow skiing, rafting, golf and fishing in hundreds of miles of streams.

RIPLEY’S AQUARIUM OF THE SMOKIES
Discover an exciting underwater world filled with 8,000 sea creatures, from piranhas to 11 foot sharks, at different exhibits. Pass through what Ripley’s claim to be “the world’s longest aquarium tunnel” while visiting the Shark Lagoon. The Aquarium also offers dive shows, presentations, special birthday celebrations on weekends and a variety of educational programs. Allow 2-3 hours for a self-guided tour, refreshments are available at the Verandah Restaurant and The Feeding Frenzy. Hours: Sun-Thurs 9am/9pm, Fri-Sat 9am/11pm. 88 River Road, Gatlinburg. Tel: 865 430 8808 or 888 240 1358.

Ober Gatlinburg

Every twenty minutes a 120 passenger cable car departs from downtown Gatlinburg to take visitors on a smooth, non-stop, 2¼ mile ride on America's largest Aerial Tramway for a breathtaking panorama of the city and the Great Smoky Mountains that changes with every season. After the 10 minutescenic journey, a day of fun and adventure awaits where the whole family can enjoy "a mountain of fun." Ober Gatlinburg is a "must see" at any time of the year, but for an unforgettable winter vacation, everything you need is right here in this mountain Ski Resort and Amusement Park.

Take a scenic chairlift to the pinnacle of Mt. Harrison for an awe-inspiring view and photo opportunity of the Great Smokies and descend on a fun-filled ride through curves and hairpin turns on the dry-track simulated bob sled ride of the Alpine Slide.

Rain or shine, enthusiasts of interactive screen games can challenge their skills on the most popular and current games in The Arcade, and everyone can explore the latest in amusement and skill games in the Country Carnival and Redemption Center, or wear a velcro suit and jump, bounce, or flip onto an inflated velcro wall at the Spider Web Jump, which is as much fun for onlookers as it is for participants! Test your might and try not to be the first to get snapped back on the Bungee Run, or test your batting skills as the on-screen major league pitcher challenges you with 60 mph pitches directly through the screen in the high-tech Power Alley Batting Cage, or "walk on the wild side" if you dare and take a 60' plunge off the Bungee Tower!

The centerpiece of Ober Gatlinburg's massive enclosed mall is the huge indoor Ice Skating Arena where rental skates are available to skate away an hour or an afternoon. THe annual "Christmas on Ice Show" featuring choreographed ice skating routines set to traditional Christmas music takes place the second week in December with a spectacular night time Torch Light Parade for the grand finale, when torch carrying skiers weave down the unlit Castle Run ski slope.

You don't need to find snow in your backyard to go skiing. If the temperatures have been below freezing for a couple of nights, there is probably enough fresh snow at Ober Gatlinburg, but if not, snowmaking begins around December 1st or as soon as favorable temperatures arrive. There is nothing "artificial" about this snow - Ober Gatlinburg has one of the largest and most advanced snowmaking systems in the world.

Great Smoky Mountains National Park

The most visited park in the US plays host to about 10 million visitors annually and encompasses over 500,000 acres across Tennessee and North Carolina. The charming mountain village is a year 'round destination for families and couples because of the variety of activities.

The "Smokies" are part of the Appalachain Mountain chain that stretches from north Georgia to Maine and four times older than the Rockies. Apart from the awe-inspiring natural beauty of the mountains there are more species of plants found in the park than in any other area on the North American continent, earning it a United Nations designation as an International Biosphere Reserve. The park also maintains over 80 historical structures, including homesteads, churches, schoolhouses, and grist mills, providing an insight into the lives of the area's first settlers and are open for viewing at several locations throughout the park.

Visitors will find over 400 specialty shops and galleries to browse through and accommodations from chalets and cabins to campgrounds, hotels, and B&B's. And when it comes to dining, visitors can enjoy gourmet meals in our fine restaurants or great southern cooking in our local cafes. Gatlinburg offers something for everyone in the attractions category including golf, horseback riding, skiing in the winter, go-carts, miniature golf, ice skating, and museums.

Information can be obtained at either Oconaluftee Visitor Center, located at the North Carolina entrance, or Sugarlands Visitor Center just outside Gatlinburg, east Tennessee. Cable Mill Visitor Center, located halfway along the 11 mile loop road through Cades Cove is one of many buildings in the Cable Mill area where visitors can see a working grist mill, blacksmith's shop, cantilevered barn, and the Gregg-Cable house.

Need to see Empty War, The Constitutional Chasm and The Military Industrial Complex

Post by Freeman Mon Jan 19, 2009 8:46 pm

A formal letter from a patriot asking the military to come back to the constitution and a letter from the Joint Chiefs of Staff telling soldiers to stay out of politics have been sent across a constitutional chasm. A chasm separating the American Patriots from the American Military Industrial Complex. This country is on the brink of a civil war and a blind population watches the evening news, unaware of the impending wreckage of The United States of America. Today’s Americans brings disgrace and ignorance to new lows.
We are living in America with an unconscionable idea that The American Government, a dangerous master, has the right and can kidnap any American. Officials can abduct you for no disclosed reason and you may never been seen or heard from again. Many self proclaimed Americans, as apparent only by birth-right now, are too afraid to speak out against what its lunatic-fringe governing power is about to do. History can serve us if we take notice.
Today I met an Russian-American citizen. I asked him what comes next when a government disarms it citizens( for us Americans that would be to take away the right to bare arms). He looked to the ground unwilling to answer because he knew his Soviet Russian history(30 million murdered after WWII). I pushed him hard for a sincere response. He could not. I answered for him, “governments kill the citizens it disarms.” What other reason could there be? Every government in history has done the same, and human nature dictates this will persist. Humans have not, nor will we ever evolve from such barbarism, get used to the idea. You might not sleep for a few nights, but once you purchase and control your very own firearm, you will understand what the creators of this country, genius in their own right, understood when they fought The King of England(and beat him at his own game.)
In the last four months those who boldly call themselves patriots have collected unreported mass amounts of ammunition (tens of millions of rounds) to send a steep warning to the reprobates in Washington/ moreover retake this country. The patriots see that constitutionality has been stolen by international corporations. Meanwhile the majority of Americans unwittingly and foolishly sit in front of the television night after night. They are being brainwashed into believing there is nothing they can do. Folly. It is this writer’s disappointment to take notice that Jason Bermas, from INFOWARS.com also believes this nonsense.
The truth is the scoundrels are very, very afraid of the American People waking up before everything has been completely stolen. That’s right. The rich are stealing everything you value from you and they are worried sick you might find out. Fortunately, most of what The American People value is of no consequence to the preservation of this republic. What is needed is a big garden, ammunition, courage, selflessness, and love for: God, country, and your neighbor.
READ THE TWO LETTERS (Below) FOR YOURSELF
From:
Dr. Douglas W. Schell
Chairman, Restore the CONSTITUTIONAL Republic

To:
The Joint Chiefs of Staff

“Sirs:
The United States is facing the worst Constitutional Crisis since South Carolina seceded from the Union. It could well split the military between those who will stand by the Constitution vs. those who stand by traitors in order to keep their military offices. The major difference is that the secession was covered by the media of the day but this crisis is being hidden by the media or when covered, much misinformation has been provided to deceive We the People. When we who know about this crisis try to BUY time on TV, we are refused.

WHO HAVE PROVEN TO BE TRAITORS?

1. The Electors failed to do their Constitutional duty after being educated as to the crisis.

2. On Jan 8, 2009, the entire Senate and House of Representatives dishonored their oath to sustain and defend the Constitution after also being educated about this crisis.

3. The Federal Courts, including the Supreme Court, are using all types of legal technicalities as an excuse not to keep their oath.

The ONLY group that is left to turn to is the military. If you fail us we have two choices left. First, we can submit to the fall of our Constitutional Republic and live under a New World Order or SECOND we can do as the Patriots did in 1776 and win back our liberties under God. I believe most retired military will take that position as I would. “Don’t Tread On Me” will be our theme like it was the former Patriots.

I spent four years as USAF Officer from 1963-1967. Then, I spent 7 years as an Officer in the Indiana Air National Guard while obtaining my Doctorate Degree in Business at Indiana University.

When I was Commissioned as a USAF ROTC Officer at Penn State University in March, 1963, I swore to “Uphold and Defend the Constitution of the USA against ALL enemies foreign and DOMESTIC so help me God.” I have always taken that oath seriously and feel it is still applicable even though I no longer serve in the USAF.

I KNOW that you took that same oath and hold it dear to your heart as I do. I also KNOW that implied within that oath is to follow all orders given by the President as Commander in Chief IF they are Constitutional. That oath clearly places loyalty to the Constitution above anyone who gives unlawful orders, including the POTUS.

BACKGROUND BRIEFING ON THE CRISIS WE FACE

There are three types of citizens.

First is the natural born. This person can run for President if in addition he/she is at least 35 years old and has lived in the USA for 10 years or more. The two relevant requirements to be natural born are listed below.

Second, is the native citizen. This person is born to at least one parent who is an American citizen.

Third, is to become a naturalized citizen through a legally defined process.

It is either the second or third category that Mr. Obama belongs in. In terms of elected office, all three types of citizens can legally run in EXCEPT for the office of POTUS.

THE PROBLEM is that Mr. Obama cannot be Commander in Chief and give any lawful orders to follow. Why? The Constitution REQUIRES that any POTUS be a natural born citizen which entails:

(1) being born on US soil and
(2) having both parents be USA citizens at the time of birth.

Mr. Obama meets neither of these two requirements. His father was a citizen of Kenya. He even admits this in his book. As such, he was a citizen of the British Empire. At that time (1961) one could not have duel citizenship. Citizenship followed the father.

Mr. Obama also was born in Kenya, not as falsely claimed in Hawaii. (Note from Lizzi: Post forthcoming on why this may or may not be true, but that the point is moot anyway)

Mr. Obama has spent many 1000s of dollars for law firms to make sure NO ONE sees his long form, original, vault birth certificate in Hawaii. The reason is???? We think it’s because the Hawaiian long form, original, vault birth certificate will show that he was physically born in Kenya. ALL WE HAVE ASKED FOR FROM OBAMA AND THE COURTS IS TO SEE THAT BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND HAVE IT TESTED BY A TEAM OF DOCUMENT FORENSIC SCIENTISTS.

The media has willingly deceived the public by claiming that the CERTIFICATE of BIRTH shows he was physically born in Hawaii. Such websites as FactFinder have willingly and knowingly deceived the public that Mr. Obama has been properly vetted.

I am the Chairman of www.restoretheconstitutionalrepublic.org. We have much information showing that what I’ve said above is true and accurate. The best place to start is at http://restoretheconstitutionalrepublic.org/index.php?board=124.0.

A RECENT SURVEY TAKEN BY THE ARMY TIMES INDICATED THAT OVER 60% OF ACTIVE MILITARY ARE NOT SURE WHETHER THEY CAN FOLLOW THE ORDERS OF MR. OBAMA. THIS IS UNHEARD OF. THIS IS BEFORE THE TRUTH ABOUT MR. OBAMA BEGINS TO SEEP OUT. Our military is way overextended as you well KNOW. One must have 100% confidence in the validity of orders given and by whom if we are to maintain our freedoms through military action.

It is now up to you to stand up and defend the Constitution against DOMESTIC enemies as you swore you would. How? I know what won’t work because we’ve already petitioned Congress, the Electors, President Bush, the Courts and the Main Stream Media. VP Cheney even broke the law on Jan 8, 2009 when he finished recording the Electoral votes of all 50 States. He was required by law to ask for any objections which can also come from citizens. He purposely failed to do this.

Many petitions for a Call to Order were sent by our volunteers to various Senators and Congressmen demanding a vetting. These too were totally ignored.

ACTIONS NEEDED TO BE TAKEN BY THE JCS.

IF you don’t take action before Jan 20, 2009, you will have proven yourselves to be unworthy to hold your commissions and will have broken a solemn oath you’ve made to defend the Constitution against ALL DOMESTIC enemies. These are hard words but are true words.

YOU ARE WE THE PEOPLE’S LAST HOPE FOR A PEACEFUL SETTLEMENT OF THIS CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS. OF ALL AMERICANS I’VE EVER KNOWN IN MY 67 YEARS, THE MILITARY IS THE MOST COURAGEOUS IN DEFENDING OUR CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC TO THE EXTENT OF BEING WILLING TO GIVE UP ONE’S LIFE IF THAT BECOMES NECESSARY.

YOU MUST STAND UP TO AVOID WHAT I BELIEVE WILL BECOME A BLOODY CIVIL WAR. THE PEOPLE ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE TREASON TO THE CONSTITUTION ANY LONGER FROM OUR “REPRESENTATIVE?????”

YOU AND I MUST HONOR THE MILLIONS WHO HAVE GIVEN THEIR LIVES FOR THE CONSTITUTION. WE MUST REMEMBER WHAT THE SIGNERS OF THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENCE WERE WILLING TO DO.
ARE YOU MILITARY LEADERS IN THE GREAT TRADITION OF GENERAL GEORGE WASHINGTON OR IN THE TRADITION OF GENERAL BENEDICT ARNOLD? YOUR ACTIONS IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS WILL LET WE THE PEOPLE KNOW OF WHOM YOUR ROLE MODEL IS.

For a Restored American Constitutional Republic,

Dr. Douglas W. Schell
Chairman, Restore the CONSTITUTIONAL Republic”

WASHINGTON — The chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff has written an unusual open letter to all those in uniform, warning them to stay out of politics as the nation approaches a presidential election in which the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan will be a central, and certainly divisive, issue.

“The U.S. military must remain apolitical at all times and in all ways,” wrote the chairman, Adm. Mike Mullen, the nation’s highest-ranking officer. “It is and must always be a neutral instrument of the state, no matter which party holds sway.”

Admiral Mullen’s essay appears in the coming issue of Joint Force Quarterly, an official military journal that is distributed widely among the officer corps.

The essay is the first Admiral Mullen has written for the journal as chairman of the Joint Chiefs, and veteran officers said they could not remember when a similar “all-hands” letter had been issued to remind military personnel to remain outside, if not above, contentious political debate.

The essay can be seen as a reflection of the deep concern among senior officers that the military, which is paying the highest price in carrying out national security policy, may be drawn into politicking this year.

The war in Iraq has already exceeded the length of American involvement in World War II and is the nation’s longest conflict fought with an all-volunteer military since the Revolutionary War.

In particular, members of the Joint Chiefs have expressed worries this election year about the influence of retired officers who advise political campaigns, who have publicly called for a change in policy or who serve as television commentators on the war.

Among the most outspoken were those who joined the so-called generals’ revolt in 2006 demanding the resignation of Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld, as well as former officers who have written books attacking the Bush administration’s planning for and execution of the war in Iraq.

While retired officers have full rights to political activism, their colleagues still in uniform fear its effect on those trying to carry out the mission, especially more junior officers and enlisted personnel. Active-duty military personnel are prohibited from taking part in partisan politics.

“As the nation prepares to elect a new president,” Admiral Mullen wrote, “we would all do well to remember the promises we made: to obey civilian authority, to support and defend the Constitution and to do our duty at all times.”

“Keeping our politics private is a good first step,” he added. “The only things we should be wearing on our sleeves are our military insignia.”

Admiral Mullen said he was inspired to write the essay after receiving a constant stream of legitimate, if troubling, questions while visiting military personnel around the world. He said their questions included, “What if a Democrat wins?” and, “What will that do to the mission in Iraq?” and, “Do you think it’s better for one party or another to have the White House?”

“I am not suggesting that military professionals abandon all personal opinions about modern social or political issues,” Admiral Mullen wrote. “What I am suggesting — indeed, what the nation expects — is that military personnel will, in the execution of the mission assigned to them, put aside their partisan leanings. Political opinions have no place in cockpit or camp or conference room.”

He noted that “part of the deal we made when we joined up was to willingly subordinate our individual interests to the greater good of protecting vital national interests.”

Need to see Empty Military to Pledge Oath To Obama, Not Constitution

Military to Pledge Oath To Obama, Not Constitution
Conservative News and Reporting
"News for the Rest of Us"

Michele Chang

Secretary of Defense Robert Gates is extremely frustrated with orders that the White House is contemplating. According to sources at the Pentagon, including all branches of the armed forces, the Obama Administration may break with a centuries-old tradition.

A spokesman for General James Cartwright, the Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, states that the Obama Administration wants to have soldiers and officers pledge a loyalty oath directly to the office of the President, and no longer to the Constitution.

"The oath to the Constitution is as old as the document itself." the spokesman said, "At no time in American history, not even in the Civil War, did the oath change or the subject of the oath differ. It has always been to the Constitution."

The back-and-forth between the White House and the Defense Department was expected as President George W. Bush left office. President Obama has already signed orders to close Guantanamo and to pull combat troops from Iraq. But, this, say many at the Defense Department, goes too far.

"Technically, we can't talk about it before it becomes official policy." the spokesman continued. "However, the Defense Department, including the Secretary, will not take this laying down. Expect a fight from the bureaucracy and the brass."

Sources at the White House had a different point of view. In a circular distributed by White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs, the rationale for the change was made more clear.
"The President feels that the military has been too indoctrinated by the old harbingers of hate: nationalism, racism, and classism. By removing an oath to the American society, the soldiers are less likely to commit atrocities like those at Abu Ghraib."

"We expect a lot of flak over this," the classified memo continues. "But those that would be most against it are those looking either for attention or control."

The time frame for the changes are unknown. However, it is more likely that the changes will be made around the July 4th holiday, in order to dampen any potential backlash. The difference in the oath will actually only be slight. The main differences will be the new phrasing. It is expected that the oath to the Constitution will be entirely phased out within two years.
