Reality...

I recently got an email asking me if I would support bringing politicians to court for treason. I had to think about this question some and sent my response. I sent back some additional questions to the sender. I have yet to get a response. I will however make my comments available to you here so that you have no delusions about what needs to be done.

Dear Sirs and Madams...,

Recently a note from your representatives came into my email concerning holding politicians responsible for what they have done. On the surface I would rally to such a cause. I however offer these words of caution to you for consideration.

Fully 80% of Americans depend on government subsidies for their basic needs. 10% of of those left depend on government subsidies indirectly through public utilities and transportation. Of the 10% left is the very politicians that you wish to roast.

I humbly offer therefore that you concentrate your efforts in locating individuals of good moral character who have the motivation and fortitude to reverse our nations decent into oblivion in their communities on the county and city level. Once you have managed to do this in the county level you will begin to understand how bound together everything is. Once you have managed to secure several counties in this manner you will have the momentum to work your way up to the state level.

Only until you have a viable and workable Logistics Plan with committed and motivated citizens will you have the means to hold anyone accountable for anything including treason.

And so I repeat my concerns again. If you cannot resolve the issues of concern within your communities and cut the cord of dependence with government infrastructure you will remain enslaved to the illusion of freedom they want you to see.

You must write down your concerns. You must write down what is hindering you from enjoying your life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. Meaning a law or regulation by its listing, and you must write up a bill in the legislative format that would remove this barrier. You must do this for every single obstruction you feel you can find.

Keep in mind we do not have the Plans for replacing the faulty infrastructure. It will take decades to undo this damage. It can only be undone through trial(civil disturbance), and/or education.

AVDRT will always choose to educate others into our point of view prior to using violence. For truly we must guard ourselves against becoming the monsters we hope to slay.

For example... Most of us cite the 2nd Amendment. Do you realize that if we were to repeal all the laws and disband all the regulatory agencies which enforce them that felons of all kinds would be allowed to possess a firearm. Furthermore, if you believe in restricting possession of firearms for anyone that you are in violation of the 2nd Amendment.

Food for thought.

Do you realize that certian regulatory agencies can make their own laws without a vote, congressional, or presidential approval that can cause you to become a felon?  For example, the BATF's "constructive intent."  If you have an AR-15 pistol and an AR-15 rifle, they could, with the stroke of a pen, changing the regulations, try you for a felony of having an unregistered (un-taxed) short barreled rifle.  While you may not have knowingly committed a felonious act, you probably won't have the money to properly defend yourself against the federal government's seemingly unlimited resources.  Should that regulatory agency be able to take away your Second Amendment rights because one person typed up a letter and signed it, making you an unknowing felon?

Just more food for thought.

I do believe that there is a place for government.  Our founding fathers had a lot of bad things to say about government, but they said this as they were constructing our government.  All government is not bad; Large powerful government is bad.

Stroker, I was attempting to bring about a point that has been brought to me as a point of support for gun laws. Some are arguing that the poisoned fruit of the poisoned tree from poisoned ground is actually beneficial.

My point is that its non-sense. Criminals have no respect for the laws that make them criminals.

I actually did know that about the ATF and other agencies. Notably DEA.

The reality is that as patriots, minutemen, citizens even aliens, everyone must learn to provide for themselves and their elders and offspring and that education is not going to happen overnight. We didn't get here overnight and we are not going to get out of it overnight.

I have been quoted before and I will repeat that quote here..."Electing Obama was the best thing for this nation. In his term in office he will show everyone the agenda of socialists is a destructive one. As with all leaders he will accomplish this through his actions. It is simply unfortunate that it will cost this nation its security and prosperity until the citizens once again begin to claim responsibility for themselves and their families."
